Are the Hunters Coming to America?
The Middle East is certainly heating up! This weekend, the U.S. and Israel sent an armada of warships through the Suez Canal and it seems that war is imminent! So how could this fit into the prophetic picture?

As the world is recovering from a massive recession, a war could certainly be the death knell for the economic system as we know it. It's entirely possible we could see the beginning of a new global economic system!
The reason why the United States is the last remaining superpower is because the dollar is the world's reserve currency. However, a global financial crisis could certainly bring forth a new global economic system with a new global currency. It's not as though world leaders aren't thinking about that possibility! Just this past weekend, Russian President Medvedev showed off a New World Currency coin.
Now if such a system were to come into place, what would be the implication for Jews living in the United States? The serious economic turmoil would spark memories of the "glory days" in America, what it was like "before" the Middle East catastrophe, and of course, someone would need to be blamed! I believe ( for numerous reasons) the easiest people to blame will be the Jews, and that they will be blamed for the collapse of the United States as a superpower.
As time goes forth, we're seeing the prophecy of Jeremiah being fulfilled before our eyes. In Jeremiah 16,
Jeremiah 16:14-16 "Therefore behold, days are coming," declares the LORD, "when it will no longer be said, 'As the LORD lives, who brought up the sons of Israel out of the land of Egypt,' but, 'As the LORD lives, who brought up the sons of Israel from the land of the north and from all the countries where He had banished them.' For I will restore them to their own land which I gave to their fathers. "Behold, I am going to send for many fishermen," declares the LORD, "and they will fish for them; and afterwards I will send for many hunters, and they will hunt them from every mountain and every hill and from the clefts of the rocks.
Throughout the past generation, we've seen this fulfilled, hunters and fishers bringing Jews from different parts of the world. For example, Jews were encouraged to leave Germany before Hitler's "final solution". The "fishers" were calling for Jews to leave Germany before the holocaust began. I believe the growing antisemitism throughout the world could bring a dramatic increase of "hunters" coming forth. Will this war be the catalyst for the "hunters" coming forth in America? Time will be the judge….but the warning signs are there…Until next time…
